Launch price · first 50 customers

Everything you copy,
and where it came from.

CopyPal keeps every text, link, image and screenshot you copy on your Mac — filed by the app and the web page it came from — and brings it back with one keystroke.

Launch price for the first 50 customers — $19.99 after that. One purchase, no subscription.

Where it came from

It remembers the page, not just the text.

Every item carries the app it came from. Copy from a browser and CopyPal also records the exact page — so a quote, a link or a number is never orphaned again. One click takes you back.

  • Safari, Chrome, Brave, Edge, Arc and Vivaldi
  • Pages, TextEdit, Xcode and other document apps report the file
  • Works for screenshots too

Screenshots

Every screenshot, searchable by what's in it.

Press ⇧⌘4 like you always do. CopyPal files the screenshot with the app and page it was taken of, reads the text inside it on your Mac, and lets you paste either the picture or the words.

  • Search "cannot find module" and get the screenshot of that error
  • pastes the image, ⇧↩ pastes the recognised text
  • Recognition runs on-device — nothing is uploaded

Snippets

Type a keyword, get the whole thing.

Give any item a keyword like ;sig. Type it in any app — Mail, Slack, a form in the browser — and CopyPal swaps it for the full text, then puts your clipboard back exactly as it was.

Thanks for the quick turnaround — I'll send the revised numbers tomorrow.

Paste stack

Copy five things, paste five things.

Stack items with ⌘S, then paste them all at once — or one per ⌘V, in order, straight into a form. No more bouncing between windows.

Knows where you were

Works with the apps you already use.

Page detection in the browsers below. Document apps report the file you were in. Everything else still gets the app name and icon.

Page & titleSafari, Chrome, Brave, Edge, Arc, Vivaldi
DocumentPages, TextEdit, Xcode
App name & iconSlack, Notes, Mail, ChatGPT and everything else
And the rest

Small things that add up all day long.

Clean links

Pasted links lose utm_, fbclid, gclid and other tracking parameters. The original stays in your history.

Smart types

Colors become swatches with hex, rgb and hsl to copy. Code stays monospaced. Emails and phone numbers get one-click actions.

Pin what matters

Pinned items stay at the top and are never pruned. Everything else keeps the last 1,000 items, or as many as you like.

Shortcuts & launchers

clip://paste-latest, clip://search?q=invoice and friends work from Shortcuts, Raycast, Alfred or any script.

Private by design

History lives in a local database. Passwords copied from 1Password, Bitwarden and other managers are never recorded, and any app can be excluded.

Feels like a Mac app

A floating panel that never steals focus, keyboard-first, with Liquid Glass on macOS 26. Direct download, notarized, no account.

Pricing

One price. Yours forever.

No subscription, no tiers. One purchase covers two Macs and every update to CopyPal 1.x.

Questions

The short answers.

Why does CopyPal ask for Accessibility permission?

Two reasons: to press ⌘V for you when you choose an item, and to read the address of the page you copied from in Safari, Chrome and other browsers. CopyPal never reads what you type, except to notice a snippet keyword — in memory, and never in password fields.

Does anything leave my Mac?

No. History, images and recognised text are stored in a local database. The only network requests are optional site icons, a license check with Dodo Payments about once a week, and a daily check for updates. Details in the privacy policy.

What does "Paste into Mail" mean?

The panel never takes focus away from the app you were in. Choose an item and CopyPal puts it on the clipboard and presses ⌘V there for you. Prefer to paste yourself? Use Copy.

What if my Mac is offline?

CopyPal keeps working for 30 days without a license check, then asks to reconnect.

Is there a Windows version?

Not yet — CopyPal is coming to Windows soon. Buying now gets you the Mac app today; the Windows release will be announced here.

Which macOS versions?

macOS 14 Sonoma and later, Apple silicon and Intel. On macOS 26 the panel uses Liquid Glass.

Is the $5 price really lifetime?

Yes — the first 50 customers pay $5 once and get every CopyPal 1.x update. After that it's $19.99, still one-time.

Stop losing things you already copied.
